Visiting Duga-3

Hi everyone.

I have a dream of visiting and hopefully getting the chance to climb the Duga-3 array.
I've read a few posts on here about it being completely off-limits at the time of the posts.
How is the current situation?

Current situation is the same: you can visit DUGA-3, but climbing is officially not allowed.
Video was made in November 2013.
